ASL music videos

I'm supposed to be packing but instead i can't stop watching ASL music videos. On a whim i looked up how to cuss in ASL. Wikipedia has a page, but i wanted to make sure i could execute them properly... so i found this lady. You can tell she really loves American sign language. She looks like she's going to cry a couple times in this video. Also look at her living room.

Then i kind of got on a roll. Here are more favorites:

Electric President, Miranda July, and some webcomics

Say! Do you know a special someone who harbors a nagging, irrational conviction that something is horribly horribly wrong just beneath the surface of things?
Is there a person in your life who dreads the day she comes home early to find her loved ones pulling faces down over their skulls, or changing the batteries in the dog? (Does she always knock or clear her throat before she enters the room? This is a telltale sign.)
Or maybe you've got a pal who avoids the bathroom mirror in the mornings, sure he'll discover some overlooked nonhuman characteristic: an extra mouth in the back of his head, eyelashes he can flex like fingers, soft thick fur growing down the back of his throat?
Do you think they'd be more horrified by these revelations, or relieved?
And boy are those people hard to shop for, or what?

Here is a shopping list for your favorite existential paranoiac:

For those that suffer from suspicions that everything is a robot, the album "s/t" by Electric President is superb, and also really great jogging music.
For songs to compliment your phobia of secretly being a monster, get the album "Sleep Well" by Electric President. It's a gloomier album, good for overcast days.
And for that special someone who believes everyone to be actors hired by scientists in a giant, tightly controlled experiment, I recommend the story "This Person" by Miranda July (you can borrow the book from me, if you like).

For the girl who has everything, including an unshakeable feeling that her entire life and everything that happens to her is a just a test of her character set up by a secretive benefactor who is watching her every move, I recommend finding jesus.
